Our Headquarters are located in Milan, near Cadorna Square at a walking distance from the train and Metro station.
We are looking for an enthusiastic professional based in Amsterdam who would love to develop their career as an Account Management and Business Development professional.
We are offering the unique opportunity to join our highly performing Sales team in Amsterdam and to actively participate in our growing success story.
Our office is located in the heart of Amsterdam in a vibrant and inspiring shared office space (WeWork).
We work in a positive and open environment with a healthy balance between focus on hitting our results and having fun whilst reaching them. We participate to Quarterly sales events at our Headquarters in Milan where we take the opportunity to connect with our International team.
Regarding the role: You will be responsible for maintaining and developing our business line in The Netherlands and will be focused on maintain and grow the existing clients whilst adding new business growing your customer portfolio and total business line.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow your portfolio of Job Board accounts against set KPI’s,
- Nurture and grow client relationships, maintaining highly visible within the defined client base,
- Researching/Prospecting and contacting new business prospects, via phone, skype, e- mail, Social networks,
- Contract Negotiations and completing administrative work as required,
- Work proactively and cross-functionally within the Jobrapido organization to ensure that deals are grown and optimized.
Required Skills and Experience
- Native Dutch speaker and full proficiency in English are essential to perform the role,
- Bachelor's Degree,
- Excellent Communication - Ability to modulate communication style in accordance to the audience - Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills,
- Previous experience in an Account Management/Business Development role is required, ideally in the Talent Acquisition industry,
- Team player - That participates in both work and social team development activities,
- Data is Key - Experience managing leads with an online Client Relationship Management (CRM) system is a plus,
- Goal oriented - You ae strongly goal and action oriented, have a proactive, hands on and entrepreneurial approach,
- Positive and proactive attitude - Ability to take the initiative to make things happen
- You are required to be able to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
