Role & Responsibilities 60;

As the Learning Architect for the Manufacturing Career College, your key responsibilities 60;include: 60;

  • Shape 60;the 60;Learning & Knowledge Management 60;(L&KM) 60;vision and architecture: 60; 60;

  • Co‑define and implement the vision, mission, and strategy of the Manufacturing Career College with the 60;Career College Business Partner. 60;

  • Establish and 60;maintain 60;the overarching learning architecture and design principles 60;with 60;support from 60;HR, Manufacturing stakeholders, and other Academies. 60;

  • Conduct learning and content analyses to 60;identify 60;business needs related to strengthening craftsmanship and supporting career development. 60;

  • Translate business capabilities and role requirements into clear, structured career paths. 60;

  • Develop standards, frameworks, and quality assurance: 60;

  • Define and 60;maintain 60;design and quality standards for learning solutions 60;such as 60;learning and content analysis. 60;

  • Create and manage competency frameworks, assessment models, and certification solutions. 60;

  • Set quality gates and acceptance criteria for learning design, ensuring alignment with business requirements and Educational standards. 60;

  • Collaborate with 60;Dutch 60;Education Partners 60;(MBO/HBO): 60;

  • Develop and sustain strong partnerships with Dutch vocational (MBO) and higher Education (HBO) institutions. 60;

  • Identify 60;and explore 60;learning 60;solutions 60;emerging 60;from Education partners, assessing their relevance for ASML Manufacturing. 60;

  • Co‑develop learning programs and curricula with Education partners to align with ASML’s current and future workforce needs. 60;

  • Represent ASML Manufacturing in Project Beethoven and broader industry–Education collaboration initiatives to strengthen the regional talent pipeline. 60;

Education and experience 60;

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Educational sciences, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or 60;related 60;field. 60;

  • 5–10 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or learning architecture, preferably in a large-scale or technical environment. 60;

  • Experience in collaborating with vocational and higher Education institutions (MBO/HBO). 60;

  • Familiarity with manufacturing environments, technical roles, or learning for craftsmanship is a strong advantage. 60;

  • Experience 60;working with cross-functional teams and driving Educational or 60;learning 60;innovations. 60;

60;

The Learning Architect reports to the 60;Manager of 60;Architecture, Design & Develop 60;team 60;within the 60;Manufacturing 60;Academy Veldhoven. 60;You will play a critical role in ensuring learning solutions are coherent, aligned with strategic goals, and support the long‑term development of ASML’s manufacturing workforce. 60;

The role is part of the Career College natural team, working closely with 60;the 60;Career 60;College Business 60;Partner and 60;Career College Learning & Knowledge Management Solution Manager. Other Stakeholders 60;are 60;Manufacturing HR Business Partners, 60;Manufacturing 60;representatives, External Educational institutions (MBO/HBO), Project Beethoven teams. 60;

The 60;team works efficient and result‑driven, switching daily between roles in HR, Learning & Development, Educational Design, 60;Project Management, while engaging in constructive collaboration and upholding individual accountability. 60; 60;
