We are looking for a skilled Databricks Developer to join our team in Amsterdam on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work on data-driven solutions in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines using Databricks
- Work with large-scale datasets using Python and SQL
- Build and manage data transformation workflows using DBT
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data solutions
- Ensure data quality, performance, and reliability across systems
- Contribute to cloud-native and containerized environments (Kubernetes)
- Strong experience with Databricks
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Hands-on experience with DBT (Data Build Tool)
- Familiarity with Oracle SQL
- Experience working in cloud-based data platforms
- Understanding of Kubernetes and containerized environments
- 6–8 years of experience in data engineering or similar roles
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
